Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Delivery time. Orders typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days after they are placed. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship. All 50 US states, including PO boxes and military APO and FPO addresses.

International. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, or your tracking has not updated, email us at hello@tryfrelo.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
